About the Central Indiana Chapter of CAI



The Central Indiana Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI)

is a non-profit organization whose mission is to assist communities in Central Indiana in promoting education, community and responsible leadership.


Our core purpose is to provide educational programs, resources, publications and networking events to the volunteers who govern communities and the professionals who support them.

CAI is a national membership organization with 31,000+ members including community association volunteer leaders (homeowners), professional managers and management firms, and other professionals who provide products and services to community associations.
