*Three (3) Board of Directors positions are to be elected at the annual meeting, each to serve a three (3) year term. Directors from the following membership representation groups are to be elected: two (2) Business Partner Members and one (1) At-Large Member (must be a Community Association Volunteer leader or Community Association Manager).
As recommended by the Nominating Committee, the slate of nominees for the Board of Directors is presented as follows:
Greg Chandler, Eads & Murray & Pugh – Business Partner Member
Greg is a partner at the law firm Eads Murray & Pugh, P.C., where he has exclusively devoted his law practice to representation to community association law since 2008.
Greg is very active in CAI, both in the local chapter and nationally. Greg was inducted as a Fellow into the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) in 2018, becoming just the third Indiana attorney to be admitted into the prestigious national organization and has spoken at the CAI National Law Seminar. He has served as the Chapter’s Education Committee Chair for the last two years and is a past president of the chapter. He devotes significant time to writing and speaking on issues affecting community associations and is a frequent presenter at CAI-sponsored educational seminars.
Kelly Elmore, KSN - Business Partner
Kelly is the Managing Partner for the Indiana office of KSN and has practiced community association law exclusively since 2005. Kelly is a frequent lecturer at seminars on community association law and is the author of a number of articles published in various community association periodicals. Kelly has served on the chapter’s board of directors since 2020 and is the immediate past president; she also is the current Chair of the CAI Legislative Action Committee, and the CAI Golf Outing Committee. In addition to being admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois, Kelly has also been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Samantha Fitzpatrick, AAM - At-Large Member (Community Association Manager)
Samantha is the Regional VP of AAM’s Indiana Division, managing offices in Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne. She has over 30 years of executive senior level management and leadership experience, 25 years of which has been in the community association field. Samantha is a long time CAI member serving on numerous committees, is an instructor educator for both managers and board members within the chapter and industry, and currently serves on the chapter’s education committee.
Nominations of individuals to serve as Directors may also be made by written petition signed by two
