Grievance Resolution Process Review
Grievances inevitably arise, be it covenant enforcement, damage claims, or other types of disputes. Often, such disputes necessitate legal action. Indiana law imposes a dispute resolution procedure which must be followed before legal proceedings can be brought. Boards and managers must be aware of this process to avoid compromising the association’s rights. This seminar will outline the required procedures and provide a roadmap for dealing with association-related grievances. While the seminar will focus on covenant enforcement, the discussion will apply to most types of HOA disputes.

Homeowner volunteers must include the name of their HOA/COA and the name/contact information of the party responsible for the payment of their registration fee. If you do not pre-register and receive a confirmation notice, you will be turned away at the door.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: No refunds made on cancellations made after 12 Noon April 18, 2022. No-show registrants will be charged full-price for their registration fee. Cancellations must be emailed to ced@cai-in.org.
